Had been suffering from a horrible migraine attack that I believed was coming from lifting at the gym. Went to see sam and he listened to what I was saying was the problem. Too a look and noticed the problem and dealt with it. He also gave me homework and I’ve noticed the difference in my back and neck has less strain. Will be going back again to check in with sam to check I’m actually as good as I feel.

Been working with Sam for 3 months and over this period of time I have seen a huge difference in my self confidence and in the weights I’ve been able to lift with his corrections of technique and motivational speeches. He some how manages to make even burpees become semi fun. Great laugh, great results, good time get involved.

Sam knows his stuff so if you are looking for a more technical programme to tie in with a sport you are training for to simply wanting to learn how to lift weights from scratch I highly recommend Sam! He’s not your typical jacked up PT swaggering about the gym, he’s compassionate with real people skills with a real natural ability to put you at ease (I hadn’t been to the gym in 2 years due to work commitments!)
